This was released after episode 22. Noel Takao teaches how to transform into Lupin X & Patren X.

Hyper Battle DVD: ~GIRLFRIEND ARMY~ (2018)

This takes place after episode 13 as both Lupin Yellow and Patren 3gou are both working together for the second time. The first time being the aforementioned episode. Also, Trigger Machine Crane & Trigger Machine Drill doesn't make an appearance in this episode. The only Trigger Machine is Trigger Machine Biker.
